 This part of the home buying process is really what makes your dream home come true. Thenumber of lenders and loan programs is truly staggering even given this economic downturn. My suggestion for your success is to go with a proven lender. I have a list of 3 proven loan officers who, if they say "your clients qualify," you need to start packing to move. In addition, they have very competitive rates as well. I encourage you to check out the competition, but keep in mind that a low interest rate is of no value if the loan officer cannot get the loan to closing. When you consider the stressful nature of purchasing a new home, worrying about the status of your loan is one item you don't need added to your list.
